Dr. Leao was able to diagnose my problem and fix it very successfully. But the greatest thing she did for me was keep me thinking straight because I was so full of fear.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI have immense confidence in Dr. Leao. In fact, my daughter is going to start going to her. Although my daughter is already receiving very good care, I want her with Dr. Leao. And my granddaughter will be her patient too (when I get one).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDr. Leao is a real person. The professional part is a bonus. What a woman needs first is someone who understands her. She was able to relate to me that way. Then she was able to use her professional skills.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThat type of compassion and empathy runs throughout their entire GYN clinic. I remember when I was late for my first visit \u2014 and they did not demonize me. It was at a time when I was very vulnerable of being hurt. Thankfully, they were very considerate and fit me in. They did not punish me and make me wait a long time.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDr. Leao is a young woman, full of wisdom \u2013 not just her medical skills, but her ability to deal with someone who is hurting, not so much physically but mentally.
